As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through the entire vehicle purchase process while delivering a professional and personalized experience.

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
• Build rapport and identify customer needs
• Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
• Conduct professional test drives
• Explain vehicle features, technology, options, and benefits
• Follow up with Internet leads, phone leads, and showroom traffic
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer follow-up
• Prospect for new business and generate repeat and referral customers
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries with customers and dealership departments
