Do you have three years of experience in law enforcement, military police, correctional officer, and/or comparable security experience where training, qualifying with, and carrying a firearm was required?

Have you ever been arrested, charged, or convicted of a crime (misdemeanor or felony) since your 18th birthday, regardless of whether the arrest, charges, or conviction was later sealed, expunged, or set aside? If yes, provide a brief description of what occurred.

Have you been certified to be armed within the last 12 months by the Arizona Judicial Branch, Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Board (AZPost), a peace officer certification body in another State, a law enforcement unit of the United States Armed Forces, or a federal law enforcement agency, or do you have a valid Armed Guard Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety?
