What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience with apartment and home turns and make readies
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC plumbing electrical appliances and general repairs
• Must have own basic hand tools
• Willingness to work additional hours when needed
• Ability to participate in scheduled on call rotations
• Team player with a goal driven mindset
• Dependable safety conscious and detail oriented

• Completing unit turns and work orders efficiently
• Supporting preventative maintenance and inspections
• Assisting with grounds common areas and overall property upkeep
• Working closely with the maintenance team to keep the property operating smoothly

• Full time hourly position
• Must be available for weekends and on call rotation as scheduled
