InProduction is a leading provider of temporary seating, staging, and scenic production services for live events across the United States.

What You Can Expect
  • Daily Routine of scaffolding structures at professional venues such as football, soccer stadiums, baseball fields, tennis courts, golf courses, hockey rinks, and racetracks.
  • Crews are no more than 5 employees, traveling together from job to job.
  • Full Time, Consistent and Year‑Round Work without uncertainty about the next assignment.
  • Work Environment is generally outdoors, providing sun and fresh air.
  • Overnight Travel is routine; you may be away from home for 90+ days at a time.
  • Travel Accommodations and hotel lodging are provided by InProduction; two crew members share a room and rooms have small kitchens.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities
  • Build and break down scaffolds, install ladders, walkways, and handrails.
  • Assist in safe and efficient installation/removal of equipment per project plans and layouts.
  • Inspect all scaffold components prior to assembly.
  • Clean and prepare construction sites, removing debris and materials.
  • Load and unload equipment and materials from trucks and vehicles.
  • Study plans and equipment lists before on‑site installation.
  • Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed, including use of safety equipment.
  • Maintain fall protection requirements while erecting or dismantling scaffolds.
  • Keep tools and equipment clean and properly maintained after each shift.
  • Ensure client satisfaction regarding quality of service and finished product within planned schedules.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Background check and drug screening required.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred, with good driving record.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools, drills, saws, hammers, etc.
  • Comfortable working at heights.
  • Creative problem solver able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting to achieve company goals.
  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Basic safety instruction reading and understanding skills.
  • Preferred: experience in scaffolding, carpentry, construction, laboring, or events background.
  • Must be capable of working overtime.
  • Preferred but not required: bilingual in English/Spanish.
