Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic with a minimum of 2 years in the field.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Solid understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.
  • Certification from an accredited technical school or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Responsibilities & Duties
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake inspections, and fluid checks.
  • Diagnose and repair diesel engine malfunctions, electrical systems, and other mechanical issues.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems and recommend preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with the team to prioritize and execute repairs in a timely manner.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Work with some of the most recent after treatment and driver safety related technologies.
