Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an on-site role at the Cholla Ranch community in Buckeye, AZ. You will ensure the property’s appearance and functionality, addressing repairs, completing work orders, and performing preventive maintenance to provide residents with a quality living experience.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of maintenance experience, basic knowledge of electrical/plumbing/painting, and HVAC/EPA familiarity. A valid driver's license and insurance may be required.
