PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a highly automated distribution facility seeking a skilled Maintenance
Controls Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. In this critical role, you'll help ensure the reliability, efficiency, and performance of sophisticated material handling and automation systems that keep operations moving.

Location: Buckeye, AZ |
Pay: $40-$46/hour |
Schedule: 3pm-1:30am, Monday-Tuesday, Thursday-Friday
- Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, HMIs, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Perform preventive maintenance on controls systems and material handling equipment.
- Support conveyors, sortation systems, and other automated equipment.
- Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs.
- Work with engineers and vendors on controls installations and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and parts inventory.
- Experience with PLCs, automation controls, and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC fundamentals.
- Understanding of 3-phase power systems, MCCs, and electrical safety practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic systems.
- Familiarity with Allen-Bradley PLC platforms, including Compact Logix and Control Logix.
- Able to work independently and safely with minimal supervision.
- Experience with WAGO I/O, Siemens Step 7, CAN networks, or B&R systems.
- Background in warehouse automation, distribution, or manufacturing environments.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $46.00 per hour
