Mobile Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - East Valley

Job Description

The Advanced Practice Practitioner (PMHNP) has an instrumental role within our organization, reporting to the supervising PMHNP. Within this role, you will be responsible for supporting patients through assessments of their current mental state, identify areas of concern and develop a plan of therapeutic treatment to manage or overcome their issues.

• Maintain timely patient documentation through our EHR system
• Refer patients internally to psychotherapy and TMS services, when appropriate
• Reliable transportation for mobile practice
• Use your expertise with optional peer collaboration groups and committees amidst a growing organization

• Unrestricted license to practice in t AZ with active DEA
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Medication Management required
• Therapy Management preferred
• Ability to utilize EHR and technology platforms as applicable within the role
