  • Provide sustainment support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely resolutions; communicate risks/issues and recommended solutions promptly.
  • Create and maintain technical and user documentation for applications, workflows, and changes; deliver documentation updates on a recurring cadence as required.
  • Support user enablement through trainings, job aids, demos, and walkthroughs as needed.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements and system optimizations to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex workflow and application issues and deliver reliable fixes/enhancements under time constraints.
  • Familiarity with governance concepts, including environment strategy, solution packaging, access control, and documentation standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work directly with end users and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Experience producing clear technical documentation and user‑facing guides.
  • Years of experience: 5+ years.
  • Clearance requirements:
