Job Summary

Forklift Operator (Reach Truck Operator) – SIMOS, Buckeye, AZ. SIMOS is hiring operators with experience driving Crown Reach Trucks. The ideal candidate will have a current Forklift Certification and at least 2 years of experience. The position operates out of our client’s new climate‑controlled facility. Associates earn $18.00 per hour and are paid weekly.

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00AM–2:30PM. Must be available to work overtime with 24–48hours notice.

At least 6 months of warehouse experience and at least 18 years old. Must be able to lift 75pounds and stand for the duration of the shift.

• Minimum one year of experience on Reach Truck
• Operate reach truck – not on lift 100% of the time
• Bending, twisting, and lifting tasks
• Hand loading/physical movement
• Operate power equipment
• Other general labor duties as assigned
• Cross‑training as required

• Background check
• Drug test
• Ability to pass written and equipment operating tests

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year reach truck experience (preferred 2 years)
• Forklift certification
• 75‑pound lift capability
• 18 years of age or older
