The Pay Breakdown & Benefits

• Weekly Earnings:
  Most drivers on this run gross between $1,200 and $1,400 every single week.
• Hourly Base:
  Start at a flat $18.00 per hour.
• Automatic Raise:
  Get a $0.25/hr bump after your first 6 months, as long as you maintain solid attendance and stay safe (no accidents or injuries).
• Extra Stop Pay:
  Earn an extra $15.00 for every stop you make along your route.
• Unload Premium:
  Get a flat $10.00 bonus for every unload.

Your Daily Runs & Schedule

• Home Time: 100% home daily, finish your shifts and head straight back to your own house.
• The Route:
  Pull local grocery deliveries to retail stores across Arizona, averaging about 1,000 miles a week.
• Work Days:
  You get two consecutive days off every single week.
• Shifts:
  
  This is a 24/7 operation, so both day and night shifts are available. You will need to be flexible with your shift times, and weekend work is a standard part of the job.
• Freight Handling:
  This is a high-stamina, physical delivery role. You will use a manual pallet jack to unload freight, handling a mix of live unloads, drop-and-hooks, and unload assistance. Shifts involve standing, walking, and sitting for 10 hours or more.
• Holidays:
  Holiday work depends entirely on how busy the customer is and their delivery volume.

What It Takes to Get Hired

• Where You Live:
  You must reside within 40 miles of our regional hubs (Zip Codes: 85043 or 85353).
• Experience Needed:
  This is an experienced solo driver run. You need a firm minimum of 1 year of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience. We cannot accept trainees or team drivers on this account.
• Credentials: A valid Class A CDL and a current DOT medical card. No specialized endorsements are required for this freight.
• Company Only:
  This slot is strictly for company drivers—owner-operators are not accepted.
• Screening:
  You must have a clean driving history, a stable work record, and pass a mandatory pre-employment drug screen.
