About the Opportunity

As a Senior Associate within the Audit & Assurance practice, you'll take ownership of audit engagements from planning through completion while working directly with clients and engagement teams.

Key Responsibilities Audit Engagement Leadership
  • Lead audit engagements from planning through completion
  • Execute and oversee audit fieldwork and testing procedures
  • Direct engagement teams to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Research and resolve accounting and auditing issues
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm requirements
Client Service
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Develop a deep understanding of client operations and business objectives
  • Communicate engagement findings and recommendations
  • Identify opportunities for operational and process improvements
  • Deliver exceptional responsiveness and service
Team Leadership
  • Supervise, train, and mentor Staff Associates and junior team members
  • Review work performed by engagement team members

  • Analyze financial statement issues
  • Stay current on accounting and auditing standards

Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • 3+ years of public accounting audit experience
  • Experience participating in financial statement audits
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
Preferred
  • CPA license or active CPA candidate
  • Prior experience leading engagement teams
  • Experience mentoring staff
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge
