A well-established general contractor serving commercial, industrial, multi-family, education, and higher-ed clients across West Virginia, known for hands-on project oversight and a strong regional reputation built over decades of ground-up and renovation work.

• Steady, diverse project pipeline spanning commercial, industrial, education, and multi-family builds
• Opportunity to lead field operations with real autonomy and client-facing visibility
• Established regional GC with a strong local reputation and repeat clients

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects from mobilization through closeout
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trade partners, and field crews to keep projects on schedule and on budget
• Manage project scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics
• Enforce jobsite safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Conduct quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) inspections throughout construction phases
• Communicate progress, issues, and schedule updates to project managers, owners, and architects/engineers
• Manage material and equipment deliveries, staging, and site readiness
• Maintain daily logs, punch lists, and project documentation
• Lead pre-construction and weekly progress meetings with subs and stakeholders
