Lead Projects. Own the Field. Build Something That Matters. A bit about us:We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join a growing construction team in West Virginia. This is an opportunity for a hands-on construction professional who takes pride in running a safe, organized, high-quality jobsite and wants meaningful ownership over projects from mobilization through completion.
The Superintendent will oversee day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, maintain project schedules, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

- Enforce site safety policies and OSHA requirements

- Coordinate inspections and resolve field issues as they arise
- Track materials, manpower, equipment, and deliveries
- Lead weekly/daily subcontractor coordination meetings
- Work closely with Project Managers and ownership to keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Identify potential construction issues before they impact schedule or cost
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and according to specifications
- 5+ years of construction superintendent experience preferred
- Experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction plans, schedules, and specifications
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to identify and solve problems in the field
- Strong understanding of jobsite safety and OSHA standards
- Proficiency with construction technology and project management software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred, but equivalent field experience will be considered
