We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join a growing construction team in West Virginia. This is an opportunity for a hands-on construction professional who takes pride in running a safe, organized, high-quality jobsite and wants meaningful ownership over projects from mobilization through completion.

The Superintendent will oversee day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, maintain project schedules, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

• Manage daily field operations and overall jobsite activities
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel
• Maintain project schedules and communicate progress to the project team
• Conduct daily jobsite inspections and ensure quality standards are met
• Enforce site safety policies and OSHA requirements
• Review plans, specifications, drawings, and project documents
• Coordinate inspections and resolve field issues as they arise
• Track materials, manpower, equipment, and deliveries
• Lead weekly/daily subcontractor coordination meetings
• Work closely with Project Managers and ownership to keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Identify potential construction issues before they impact schedule or cost
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and according to specifications

• 5+ years of construction superintendent experience preferred
• Experience managing commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction plans, schedules, and specifications
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to identify and solve problems in the field
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety and OSHA standards
• Proficiency with construction technology and project management software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred, but equivalent field experience will be considered
