Customer Service Representative

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the customer support department supporting daily operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Shift:
** Days 7:00-3:30

** What's the Job?*
* + Assist with customer orders, quotes, and basic support activities

+ Help coordinate shipments, both domestic and international, with guidance from team members

+ Maintain organized records of orders, quotes, and shipment information

+ Support responses to customer questions and general inquiries

+ Learn and follow company quality standards and processes

** What's Needed?*
* + No prior experience required; entry-level position

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly

+ Motivation to contribute to a team environment
