Customer Service Representative

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the customer support department supporting daily operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Location: Buckhannon, WV

Pay Range: $20

Shift: Days 7:00-3:30

• Assist with customer orders, quotes, and basic support activities
• Help coordinate shipments, both domestic and international, with guidance from team members
• Maintain organized records of orders, quotes, and shipment information
• Support responses to customer questions and general inquiries
• Learn and follow company quality standards and processes
