School Psychologist in Bucyrus, OH

Qualifications and

Experience:

• Must hold current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with PreK-12 students is preferred
• Proficient in conducting comprehensive student evaluations
• Skilled in developing and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Experienced with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete student evaluations and re-evaluations as needed
• Develop and participate in IEP meetings, contributing to student goal-setting and planning
• Implement and oversee behavior plans (BIPs), consulting with educators and parents
• Provide progress monitoring and data analysis to support student growth
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Offer counseling interventions and recommendations for accommodations
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation for compliance requirements
