We are looking for an Installation & Service Manager at our Bucyrus, OH facility who will be responsible for timely and accurate installation and delivery of product at the rate and specifications required by the customer on a regular basis. You will lead and manage the facility’s shop labor group efficiently and serve as the continuous contact for customers regarding specifications, delivery, service parts & accessories.

• Lead employees to properly fit-up Henderson equipment, parts, and accessories to the truck chassis, ensuring final product meets specifications and customer expectations.
• Support company safety rules, maintain a safe work area and equipment, promptly resolve unsafe conditions, and ensure orderly housekeeping & shop cleanliness.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute continuous improvement opportunities based on DDMS principles of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC).
• Support shop needs including equipment, tools, and machinery necessary for installation activities.
• Hire and train new hires while supporting company policies in the assigned department.
• Maintain consistency in application of company policies and practices for the company’s best interest.
• Support accurate inventory, movement, and scrap reporting.
• Ensure availability of needed parts, components, and solutions in the truck build process.
• Champion communication with your team and the entire organization.

• Four‑year degree related to Business, Management, Operations, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills, a problem solver.
• Ability to improve processes and methods for cost‑reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency.
• Self‑starter who can see around corners, organize multiple priorities, plan over a 30‑day time span, and prepare action plans to achieve results.
