1st Shift CNC Programmer/OperatorFull Time Bucyrus, OH, US
CNC Programmer/Operator-Pay based on experience
- Starting @ $25/Hr.
Join our manufacturing team! We're looking for an entry-leve l CNC Programmer/Operator with at least one year of experience to help produce high-quality precision components using Haas CNC equipment.
Responsibilities- Set up, operate, and program Haas CNC milling machines
. - Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings.
- Create and modify CNC programs.
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
- Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and routine maintenance.
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
- Maintain quality and production documentation.
- Work with engineering and production teams to improve processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of CNC machining and programming experience required.
- Experience with Haas CNC mills and Fanuc controls preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office; Excel experience is a plus).
- Able to work independently and communicate effective.
