Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelves and displays to ensure in‑stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues to Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude, self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Capable of performing hard work in a fast‑paced environment, meeting defined physical activities including repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs., and moving products from stock rooms to store shelves.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location:
  Kenton, OH (secondary locations: Bucyrus, OH; Marion, OH).
• Schedule availability required:
  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday;
  Start Time: 06:00 AM – 08:00 AM.

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $17.50 to $19.50 based on relevant experience.
