Description
Ryan Lawn & Tree is growing — and so is our irrigation team. We're looking for an Irrigation Install Technician who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and building relationships with customers. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced teammates to install and service irrigation systems, delivering the quality our clients expect.

What You'll Do
- Install new irrigation and sprinkler systems
- Service and troubleshoot existing systems
- Provide excellent customer service on every job site
- Work collaboratively with your team to complete projects efficiently
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Experience in irrigation, landscape, plumbing, or a related field is a plus — but not required
- Willingness to learn (we have a structured training program)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset
- Good physical fitness and the ability to work in all weather conditions
- Reliable team player with strong customer communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screening (including marijuana), & DOT physical
