Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm.

MUST have some mechanical knowledge/experience.

Description:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Office Support professional with a technical or mechanical background. This position involves supporting office operations with a focus on inventory, customer service, and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with inventory management, receiving shipments, and organizing parts.
• Provide front-line customer service, both in person and over the phone.
• Support internal teams with administrative and technical tasks.
• Track and document incoming and outgoing parts or equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Perform other office support duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Previous experience in a parts store, warehouse, or inventory role is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable with tools or equipment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in data entry and record keeping.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Punctual and reliable.
