Service Administrative Assistant

Dynamic Systems, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Service Administrative Assistant to support our service operations for complex mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing projects. In this fast-paced, project-driven environment, you will schedule and dispatch technicians, create and track work orders, maintain accurate records in service and ERP systems, and coordinate communication between field, office, and clients.
