Job Summary
- Writing estimates
- Conducting process reviews
- Checking in customer vehicles
- Completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice)
- Finalizing total loss administration
- Providing post‑repair plan communication, including all vehicle status updates to customers while complying with Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards
- Immediate eligibility for medical, dental and vision coverage
- Industry‑comparable pay paid weekly
- Paid vacation and holidays – can begin accruing day one
- Paid skilled training and certifications (I‑CAR)
- Career growth opportunities – promotion from within expected
- 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under the company insurance policy
- Valid Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
- Consistent physical activity: reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lbs
- Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
- Advanced understanding of repair process and procedures
- Strong sales orientation
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
- Prioritization of competing tasks and adaptability to a fast‑paced environment
