As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team and oversee project execution from start to finish.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and oversee fencing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and scope while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Supervise installation crews and ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure quality control.
  • Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to job sites.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed.
  • Communicate project updates and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
  • Ability to safely operate and maneuver a trailer with materials.
  • Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and performing daily physical labor.
  • Perform various hands-on tasks, including sprinkler repairs, installing and securing pickets, adjusting gates, and welding (welding experience preferred but not required).

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus.
  • Knowledge of fencing materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Previous experience in project management, preferably in construction or fencing.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
