As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team and oversee project execution from start to finish.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and oversee fencing projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and scope while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Supervise installation crews and ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure quality control.
- Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to job sites.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed.
- Communicate project updates and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
- Ability to safely operate and maneuver a trailer with materials.
- Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and performing daily physical labor.
- Perform various hands-on tasks, including sprinkler repairs, installing and securing pickets, adjusting gates, and welding (welding experience preferred but not required).
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus.
- Knowledge of fencing materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
- Previous experience in project management, preferably in construction or fencing.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
