We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Project Manager / Estimator with experience in the construction industry to join our growing team.
RoleFull‑time, salary position. Compensation based on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, project managers, and key decision‑makers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in concrete cutting, coring, and scanning services
- Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and service solutions
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure successful project execution
- Follow up on bids and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Represent the company at job sites, meetings, and networking events
- 2+ years of sales experience in construction or a related field (concrete cutting experience a plus)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and job site operations
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Self‑motivated with strong organizational and time‑management abilities
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record and ability to travel locally
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Strong focus on safety, precision, and teamwork
- Comfortable working outdoors, indoors, or in confined environments
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed

Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year.
