We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Project Manager / Estimator with experience in the construction industry to join our growing team.

Full‑time, salary position. Compensation based on experience.

• Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, project managers, and key decision‑makers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in concrete cutting, coring, and scanning services
• Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and service solutions
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure successful project execution
• Follow up on bids and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Represent the company at job sites, meetings, and networking events

• 2+ years of sales experience in construction or a related field (concrete cutting experience a plus)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and job site operations
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Self‑motivated with strong organizational and time‑management abilities
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and ability to travel locally
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Strong focus on safety, precision, and teamwork
• Comfortable working outdoors, indoors, or in confined environments
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
