This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer Service Advisor located in Buda, TX. As a keyholder, responsibilities include opening and closing the shop as scheduled. Senior Customer Service Advisor will oversee daily customer interactions, providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving service issues, maintaining a professional telephone manner, and delivering customer-focused support.

The role also involves collaborating with team members to improve overall guest experiences and deliver top-notch automotive solutions.

• Strong skills in Customer-focused Service, Customer Satisfaction, and building client relationships
• Proficiency in Telephone Manner and effective oral communication
• Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service responsibilities
• Ability to actively listen, empathize, and provide problem-solving solutions to clients
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced automotive environment
• Basic knowledge of automotive services is a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications are advantageous
