Who you are:

We are seeking an experienced RDA with 2 or more years of experience in general dentistry that is reliable, compassionate and loves what they do.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5pm, half days on Fridays to be determined

Compensation: $20-$26/hr, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

Responsibilities:

• Genuinely welcome patients into the practice
• Assist the dentist chairside with 4‑handed dentistry
• A thorough review and update of the patient's health history
• Prepare patients for treatment, ensuring the highest level of care and comfort are achieved
• Sterilization of instruments according to OSHA regulations
• Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies as needed for each operatory
• Provide post‑operative care instructions
• Assist with ordering and stocking supplies

Requirements:

• Active Registered Dental Assistant license (RDA) in the state of TX
• 2+ years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in general dentistry
• Active CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
