** What You'll Do
*** Evaluate pediatric patients and identify areas of physical development need
* Develop individualized treatment plans
* Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions
* Help children improve strength, balance, coordination, and mobility
* Collaborate with families to support progress outside therapy sessions
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary therapy teams
** Qualifications
* ** Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
* Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
* Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
* Strong clinical and communication skills
