ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:- Demonstrate mission of service to our clients
- Positive, respectful communication with both staff and clients

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Demonstrate passion for working with families.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible while remaining highly organized.
- Ability to work within a team setting, as well as independently.
- Ability to plan in advance and implement those plans with fidelity.
- Possess good time management skills needed to meet aggressive deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, with above average skills in MS PowerPoint and Outlook Calendar.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in related field of Social Work, Psychology or Child and Family Development required
EXPERIENCE:
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Experience with family education on the disease model of addiction and recovery preferred
- Experience working within the family unit preferred
- Sharing lived experience with the goal of building rapport with participants and families preferred
- Experience facilitating groups and individual sessions preferred
- Experience with addiction recovery including multiple pathways to recovery and peer recovery support…
