Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to provide in‑home Physical Therapy services for pediatric patients.

- Provide hands‑on Physical Therapy interventions under the direction of a supervising therapist
- Implement established Physical Therapy treatment plans for pediatric patients
- Support children in improving mobility, balance, coordination, and functional independence
- Assist with therapeutic exercises and activities that promote development and strength
- Educate families and caregivers on home exercise programs and carryover
- Monitor and report patient progress to supervising therapist
- Coordinate care with the clinical team
- Document all Physical Therapy services in an electronic medical record system
- Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
Required:
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (Texas)
- Current CPR certification
Preferred
- At least 1+ year of pediatric or home health Physical Therapy experience
- Experience working with medically complex children
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
