Ultrasound Technologist – PRN

• Perform a wide range of ultrasound imaging procedures
• Communicate compassionately and professionally with patients
• Maintain equipment and area cleanliness
• Communicate professionally and effectively with hospital staff and colleagues
• Perform additional tasks as needed
• Conduct a wide range of scans, primarily in an ER environment, including hospital and free-standing settings

• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation
• Current ARDMS certification – RDMS (ideally in Ab or OB)
• Valid Driver’s License
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Pass all necessary health requirements for hospital employment, including drug screen and background check
• Comfort level with general abdominal, general OB & general vascular scans/procedures
• Ability to use mobile phone devices & applications
• Proficiency with necessary technical equipment in diagnostic modality

Demonstrates expertise in performing ultrasound imaging procedures, including general abdominal, OB, and vascular scans, while maintaining professionalism and effective communication with patients and hospital staff. Holds necessary certifications and possesses the ability to work independently in various clinical settings.
