, a brand-new premier destination for relaxation and adventure, opening late 2026 near Austin. Designed where nature meets elegance, this thoughtfully developed property will offer travelers a serene retreat that blends breathtaking views with modern comforts and elevated outdoor living.
Upon opening, Lost Lake RV Resort will feature over 190 RV sites, 9 beautifully appointed cabins, and 7 scenic campsites. Guests will enjoy resort-style pools, fire pits, a splash pad, cabanas, pool yard games, and convenient dog washing stations. The clubhouse will showcase a signature Airstream bar on the back patio—creating a vibrant gathering space for connection and community.
Sustainability is foundational to the resort’s vision. Through rainwater collection systems, repurposing native rock, and conservation efforts that have preserved 1,000+ trees, Lost Lake RV Resort is being developed with environmental stewardship at its core.
We are seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial General Manager to lead this new property from pre-opening through launch and beyond. This leader will play a critical role in building the team, establishing operational excellence, shaping guest & associate experiences, and positioning Lost Lake RV Resort as a standout destination in outdoor hospitality.

The Resort General Manager is responsible for the operations and continued profitability of the Lost Lake RV Resort and serves as the day-to-day point of contact for guests and associates.
Ideal candidateIdeal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience within hospitality management industry; preferably hotels or RV Resorts. Previous select service/ hotel GM experience a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- In depth knowledge of Operational departments such as Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
- Experience with monthly operating budgets, expense management, and overall financial acumen.

- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in hospitality, resorts, RV parks, hotels, or multi-unit operations
- Strong operational leadership experience overseeing daily resort operations, including maintenance, guest services, amenities, and overall property standards
- Demonstrated success managing budgets, P&L performance, forecasting, expense controls, and revenue analysis (transient, monthly, and seasonal) to identify trends and opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with above-property leadership, ownership, and peer General Managers, contributing to shared goals, best practices, and overall portfolio success
- Experience recommending and implementing marketing initiatives to increase reservations, occupancy, and brand awareness
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and resolving concerns with professionalism and care
- Experience coordinating with activities or events teams to plan and execute guest programs and resort events
- Knowledge of RV resort operations, campground systems, reservation platforms, and property management systems (preferred)
- Experience implementing and enforcing policies, safety standards, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including fair housing laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with ownership, leadership, and cross-functional teams
- Hands-on leadership style with the flexibility to support operations in a fast-paced, seasonal environment, including weekends and holidays.
