Job Description

As an Insurance Recruiter at Farmers Insurance District 95, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to join our expanding team. You will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline to meet our distribution goals and ensure that we continue to provide exceptional service to our customers and our Agents. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, build recruitment strategies, and drive the end-to-end recruitment process.

Your expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates will be crucial in securing the best talent for Farmers Insurance.

Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring insurance professionals.

Talent Sourcing:
Use a variety of channels (job boards, Linked In, referrals, career fairs, etc.) to source high-quality candidates.

Collaboration:

Partner with hiring managers to understand department needs and create effective recruitment strategies.

Candidate

Experience:

Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Market Knowledge:
Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to attract top talent in the insurance sector.

Compliance:
Ensure that recruitment practices align with company policies, industry regulations, and equal employment opportunity laws.

Requirements

Experience:

3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.

Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Technology:
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), MS Office, and online job boards.
