Job Summary

As a Project Manager at Sendero Industries, you will lead and oversee the successful execution of construction projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating various project elements, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and team management. Collaborating with stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning:

  • Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, timeline, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.

Budget Management:

  • Create and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Monitor and report on project financial performance regularly.
  • Build and lead project teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment among team members.

Contract Management:

  • Oversee the negotiation and administration of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.

Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical milestones and dependencies.
  • Coordinate activities among various project stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure work meets established standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and address any issues impacting project quality.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  • Implement proactive risk management measures throughout the project lifecycle.

Communication:

  • Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including regular progress updates.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by team members or clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager.

• Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Ability to make decisions under pressure and manage multiple priorities

• PMP Certification is a plus
