This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Consultant role located in Buda, Texas. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for engaging with prospective and current residents, showcasing the property, managing lease processes, and ensuring high levels of customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong resident relationships to enhance retention and supporting lease administration processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Qualifications- Proficiency in leases and lease administration processes
- Experience in resident retention and customer service
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with residents and prospects
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in property management software and tools is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in real estate, leasing, or related fields are advantageous
