As an In-Home Sales Representative
, you will serve as the face of Clear Choice Remodeling, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting customized bath remodeling solutions. This outside sales role combines relationship-building, design, and technology to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll use an advanced iPad-based system to design and present tailored solutions that fit each homeowner’s vision and budget.

Earning Potential: $150,000 – $250,000+ annually (commission-based, uncapped)

• Conduct in-home sales presentations using a proprietary iPad-based system
• Design custom bath solutions using user-friendly software
• Educate homeowners on product options, features, and pricing
• Deliver pricing and close sales consistently
• Attend weekly training sessions and ongoing development meetings
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-up communication

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Experience in in-home sales preferred; remodeling industry experience a plus
• Confident presenter with strong public speaking ability
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment
• Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills
• Reliable transportation and local residency required
