Marketing Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member Position Overview

Responsibilities- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Execute outbound calling, including cold calls to potential customers.
- Hourly pay
- Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- People‑oriented.
- Self‑motivated.
- Must be available to work the following schedule: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM.
$15/hour
