• Marketing:
  Consistent gathering of prospect data from sources including Competition Accounts, Polk Registrations, Fleet Seek, Existing parts and service customers, Ownership Accounts, Competitive Brands, Internet / Linked In, Networking Events and Trade Shows.
• Maintain a prospect system for storing/updating prospect data and scheduled prospect follow-up (CRM, CV360, or Excel).
• Contact prospects through Face to Face Visits, Monthly Sales Blitz, Telephone, Email and Direct Mail.
• Participate in market and rate surveys to collect and qualify competition data and market rental rates.
• Participate in the preparation of the annual marketing plans and subsequent measuring of results.
• Participate in Customer Appreciation, Customer Retention, and Customer Satisfaction events and programs.
• Sales:
  Outside sales responsibilities include scheduled appointments with decision makers, fact finding calls, needs assessments and proposals.
• Weekly preparation of: weekly itinerary, weekly summary of activities, weekly summary of pipeline, preparation and presentation of Full Service Lease proposals (in person) using approved proposals.
• Pursue achievement of assigned Full Service Lease and Commercial Rental sales quotas, including Full Service Lease and Contractual Maintenance, new accounts (# of vehicles, adds, replacements, new business).
• Rental:
  Achievement of desired utilization percentage and revenue margin, satisfy OEM training requirements, prepare forecast of monthly and annual sold business, sell and deliver a minimum number of FSLs per month/year, write sales orders and process paperwork per dealership policies, stay updated on new products and services.
• Maintain customer follow-up system encouraging repeat and referral business and contributing to customer satisfaction.
• Conduct business ethically and professionally, deliver vehicles to customers, demonstrate operating features, coverages, paperwork, introduce customers to service department, maintain professional appearance.
• Administrative:
  Proper completion of customer credit applications, rate sheets, lease agreements, schedule "A" agreements, commercial rental agreements, secure insurance binders, assist in receivables collection, communicate with leasing manager about rental reservations, liquidation, service prep, delivery, substitution, service department needs, administrative billing rates, customer information.

• High School Diploma and a college degree and 2 years of experience in Truck Rental and Leasing. College Degree Preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Advanced mathematical skills to price, quote, and sell complex equipment packages.
• Excellent sales, communication and presentation skills.
