Farmers Insurance District 95 is seeking a full‑time Protege Agent to join our team. This role is a paid training and development position designed to prepare individuals for advanced roles within an agency environment. It goes beyond a traditional sales position by offering a well‑rounded introduction to client service, business development, and team support.

You’ll work closely with an experienced Agent, gaining valuable insight into day‑to‑day operations and what it takes to contribute to a successful agency. From client acquisition to team collaboration and operational support, you’ll build a strong foundation for long‑term success.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for and secure new clients
• Review coverage needs and provide appropriate recommendations
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare quotes and present policy options
• Support overall agency growth through client retention and referrals
• Continuously improve professional skills and business knowledge
