Caffeinated Coffee Repairs is a repair company focused on keeping the coffee world brewing. Founded in 2016, the company emphasizes technical excellence, dependable service, and long-term partnerships with customers in the South-Central and Pacific Northwest United States. We service a wide variety of espresso machines, coffee brewers, and grinding equipment, providing preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure machines deliver consistency and reliability.
Our team operates across Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Oregon, and Washington. We aim to create experiences, not just fix equipment, and strive to support customers above and beyond expectations. New hires begin by riding with a certified technician and may enroll in a certification class before working independently with a company vehicle. We work with several manufacturers.
Responsibilities- Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems within an assigned territory.
- Foster strong customer relationships and inspire loyalty through professional, reliable service while adhering to safety standards.
- Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements by conducting thorough inspections, performing timely maintenance, and completing accurate paperwork.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Service mindset and passion for achieving customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must enjoy coffee and tasting.
- Smartphone proficiency for inventory management, scheduling, and other tasks.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Competitive base pay based on experience and certifications.
