Facility Maintenance Technician in Buda

Job Description

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to walk, stand, and kneel for extended periods throughout the workday. Daily travel is required. Technicians must also be available to work night shifts as needed.

As part of the hiring process, all applicants must successfully complete a background check, drug screening, and driving record review.

• Communicates and coordinates with the office manager for daily assignments.
• Updates supervisor on progress and completion of every job.
• Accurately fills out invoices on every job assigned.
• Take customer service seriously.
• Can multitask and work independently at times.
• Advise and recommend the best solutions to complete jobs.
• Must follow and enforce all safety standards and YSC standards.

• A valid Texas driver’s license. Must continue to maintain a safe driving record to fulfill travel requirements of this position.
• Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check, and driving record.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings/ nights.
• Ability to climb a ladder and lift/carry/ push up to 40+ pounds.
• Must be able to walk, stand, and kneel continuously throughout the day.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable.
• Basic phone and computer skills.
