• Lead and manage HVAC installation projects, ensuring all systems are installed according to specifications and industry standards.
• Perform complex HVAC installations for residential clients, including traditional, split‑systems, and high‑efficiency systems.
• Supervise and mentor installation team members, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Ensure all installation work is performed clean and safely, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site assessments to plan and prepare for installations, ensuring all necessary materials and tools are available.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with customers with a high level of professionalism, explaining installation processes and answering any questions they may have.
• Maintain detailed records of installations and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and high‑quality outcomes.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, with a strong understanding of both traditional and high‑efficiency systems.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Valid HVAC technician certification and relevant licenses as required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Commitment to providing top‑quality service and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
