Tool Room Helper

Dynamic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Tool Room Helper to support our construction projects by organizing, issuing, and tracking tools and equipment. Responsibilities include receiving and labeling tools, maintaining inventory accuracy, inspecting tools for damage, staging equipment for field crews, and assisting with deliveries and returns. The role supports a fast-paced, safety-focused environment, working closely with superintendents and technicians. Ideal candidates are organized, safety-minded, able to lift and move materials, and eager to learn within a collaborative, construction-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Organize, issue, and track construction tools and equipment
• Receive, label, and store tools and materials in the tool room
• Maintain accurate inventory records and help manage check-in/check-out
• Inspect tools for damage and report maintenance or replacement needs
• Stage and prepare tools and equipment for field crews and projects
• Assist with deliveries, returns, and basic material handling
• Follow all company safety policies and proper PPE requirements
• Support superintendents and technicians with tool room requests
