  • Pick up your passenger.
  • End the ride. You will see your earnings instantly.
    • Insurance & Liability

    You are required to maintain personal auto insurance that meets minimum state requirements. Most personal auto policies will not cover you while using the Lyft app. Lyft maintains commercial insurance on behalf of drivers in accordance with state and local laws.

    Passenger Ratings

    Drivers rate passengers after each ride, and passengers provide valid credit card information for identity verification.
