What You'll Be Doing:

As a Transfer Driver, your responsibilities will include:

• Operating a tractor-trailer (48ft–53ft) to transport materials between sites
• Maneuvering safely on roads and job sites in all conditions (wet, dry, snow, etc.)
• Conducting thorough pre- and post-trip inspections and completing all required logs
• Using an onboard system to track loads and routes
• Communicating with dispatch and reporting any delays or issues
• Maintaining a clean cab and completing daily Vehicle Condition Reports
• Monitoring DOT compliance and adhering to all safety protocols

What You Bring:

• A valid Texas Class A CDL and Medical Card
• A minimum of 1 year of Class A tractor-trailer experience (3+ years preferred)
• End dump truck experience (preferred)
• Waste experience (preferred)
• A clean driving record for the past five years
• Strong communication and route-tracking skills
• Willingness to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to operate independently and safely in all weather and road conditions
• Comfort with onboard electronic systems and route logs (or willingness to learn)
