Warehouse Technician

General Job Description IES Residential is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Technician to support daily warehouse, inventory, and material-handling operations. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Receive, stock, organize, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare materials and supplies for field and operational teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.
• Communicate inventory needs and updates to supervisors and team members.
• Follow company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Assist with additional warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

Previous warehouse, inventory, labor, or material-handling experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to follow safety procedures and operational instructions. High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings, including background and motor vehicle record checks, where applicable.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in warehouse and job-site environments with varying temperatures, noise, dust, and weather conditions.
• Ability to work overtime, modified schedules, or occasional weekends as business needs require.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required.
• This is an on-site, in-person position and is not remote or hybrid.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or work authorization support.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.
