Arabic Waitress - 5-Star Luxury Hotel (Bahrain)
A renowned 5-star luxury hotel in Bahrain, is seeking a talented and service-oriented Arabic Waitress to join our esteemed Food & Beverage department. This role is crucial in providing an authentic and refined dining experience for our diverse guests.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):- Greeting guests warmly and assisting them with seating arrangements.
- Presenting menus and taking food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serving guests with efficiency and grace, anticipating their needs.
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and hotel services.
- Ensuring cleanliness and proper setup of tables and dining areas.
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborating effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Experience:
- Language Proficiency:
Fluency in Arabic is a mandatory requirement. Strong proficiency in English is highly desirable, and knowledge of additional languages will be considered a significant asset. - Experience: Previous experience as a Hostess or Waitress, particularly within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment, is an added advantage.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a strong service mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
- Attributes: A professional demeanor, pleasant personality, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
