Senior Accountant

Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 + performance-based bonus

Schedule: onsite initially, with the opportunity to earn a hybrid schedule based on performance and trust

Targeting a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Accountant to join our growing accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being hands-on with core accounting functions, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.

This role will report directly to Assistant Controller.

• Perform monthly general ledger reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
• Support month-end close activities, including roll forward and rollback procedures each month
• Prepare and review journal entries with a strong understanding of debits and credits
• Manage and reconcile inventory-related accounting transactions
• Assist with sales tax filings and compliance
• Analyze accounting discrepancies and proactively resolve issues
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and finance teams to support business objectives
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 3–6 years of accounting experience preferred
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliations
• Experience with inventory accounting and sales tax
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
