This Construction Admin Position Features:
Looking for someone with office related experience for a construction company. Who understands a bit about scheduling, dispatching, and invoicing for work done in the field. This role would be customer facing (email and phone) and needs to be well spoken.
Office Admin - construction background
Need someone that can handle phones, data entry, light tracking of jobs and getting them into the system.
Need to learn how to distinguish between different kind of jobs and who handles it.
Training will be provided
Want someone friendly, team player, calm and friendly
Also need someone that can be ok with some down time as it slows down when projects slow down.
Could grow into project coordinator

Also open to seeing higher level admins with exp overseeing a small team
Handling invoices, billing, AP, paying utilities and vendors, job costs, and routes for approval.
